This is a really great meat smoker for the meat lover on the go. It's a great value for the price but not without a few glaring problems.

The good first. This smoker completely disassembles and fits in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. It is extremely inexpensive and completely portable; great for camping trips or occasional home use.

The negatives... Temperature control is an issue. You will really have to babysit the internal temperature of the device to be sure you don't OVERcook your meat. Not a huge issue for people who really like that sort of thing. Also, the smoking bag is not very durable and won't last long if you use it often. On the plus side, Bradley includes 1 extra bag, but it would be nice to have 5 or so.

Overall a good device that does the job at great price. You'll be the envy of everyone else at the campgrounds!
