The Brinkmann Gourmet Charcoal bbq smoker comes in either black or green. Both are identical aside from the color. These units work very well, however there are some draw backs to this kind of model.

This unit is agreeable because it is inexpensive and takes up a small amount of patio real estate. It also maintains an internal temperature well. However, adding wood chunks and extra briquettes can be a serious pain in the neck. You'll get frustrated with the small door on the front and wonder why they didn't just make it bigger.

This model comes with a heat indicator and features two separate grills (placed directly above each other) with a 50lb weight capacity. In other words, it will smoke a couple massive turkeys!

In the long run, this model will make you happy but will leave you wanting more. A good beginners model.
