Cookshack SmartSmoker SM360
If you have a need to smoke meat for a restaurant (or an army) you can't go wrong with the cookshack SM360. Capacity is 550 lbs. pork butts, 500 lbs. brisket, 270 lbs. ribs, or 100 chickens per load. This smoker will cold or hot smoke food. Heat is supplied by four thermostatically-controlled 1500 watt heating element. Temperature range is from 125° to 300°F.Smoke is created as wood smolders in its electrically heated wood box. Smoke-cooking a load of meat in a SM360 smoker requires of wood.
