Meat Cooking Temperature

You can be sure that your meat is fully cooked when it reaches the following temperatures:

* Steaks & Roasts - 145F
* Fish - 145F
* Pork - 160F
* Ham 170F (unless reheating in which case 140F)
* Ground Beef - 160F
* Egg Dishes - 160F
* Chicken Breasts - 165F
* Chicken Thighs and Wings - 180F
* Whole Poultry - 165F
* Duck & Goose - 180F
